The KMHIS desktops, networks and server teams provide the skills and expertise to manage general IT infrastructure in your business.
Desktop support - We manage the purchasing of new IT equipment, configuring that equipment to your needs, fixing problems with equipment, moving equipment from one site to another, and disposing of equipment according to relevant specifications. The team also organises laptop health check clinics on request.
Networks - Our networks team supports the network infrastructure (including wireless networks) of your business.
Servers - Our server team manages all your storage needs, building, maintaining and fixing servers. It provides support for your servers, including backup and security management. In addition, the team provides advice on the maintenance of your server rooms.
