Service Desk retains accreditation

The KMHIS Service Desk has retained NHS Connecting for Health (NHS CFH) accreditation after auditors stated that our documentation and procedures were so rigorous from last year’s audit review, the process could be carried over until next year.

 

Vince Watkins, Head of Service Management commented: “This is testament to the hard work that the team put in last year and throughout the year. All the hard work is paying off.”

 

Being a NHS CFH accredited service desk means that users can call us directly with any problems associated with NHS CFH suppliers. Vince explains: “If we were not accredited, users would have to phone the NHS CFH helpline for problems with NHS CFH systems and generally this is less efficient than having the full service centralised with the single KMHIS service desk.”
