The KMHIS manages a very large Wide Area Network (N3) supporting video, voice and data communications.

 

  • Remote access - We enable flexible working for your staff with the provision of remote access services, providing software for individuals’ laptops to enable them to access necessary files and applications from wherever they may be.

  • Wireless support - Our wireless support service is tailor-made to meet your specific needs. We engage with the third party supplier on your behalf, purchase and configure equipment and networks, and produce operational handover documentation.

  • Video conferencing/Audio visual - We provide support for video conferencing and other audio visual facilities from start to finish. Our skilled project teams can provide initial management of planning and installing audio visual facilities.

  • Telephone support - The KMHIS provides an effective and reliable telephone support service. It is tailored to meet your individual needs and may include supporting the switchboard system; fault reporting; new telephone installations, extensions and moves; voicemail requests; and liaison with suppliers.

  • Training - We provide all the necessary training that your teams may require in using the equipment.

     

These services can be handed over to our operational teams (Desktop support, Networks, Servers) who provide ongoing support.
